Clara is known in the neighborhood for her numerous love affairs, to which that babe adds a specific "touch" with her non-traditional peeing games. But the caretaker reports her to the Institute of the Modern Inquisition, where the strict director, Major Marcowicz, takes her below her wing. Clara suffers from compulsive incontinence, a disorder of her peeing habits, which they attempt to correct throughout strict countermeasures. Punishment with a rod is followed by embarrassingly private examinations and, lastly, painful electrotherapy.
