When Bill let Feona out of his sight for just one minute, this chab not ever thought there would be trouble. Feona was supposed to sign an important definition, but that babe changed her mine and now Bill is raging. When Feona returns Bill insists that this babe sign the definition but that babe refuses. So Bill will have to persuade her. Bill goes to work on her, putting Feona throughout some very strict tying ties until this babe signs the definition. He has his work circumcised out for him. Feona is very stubborn even when the tying becomes raw. This makes Bill angry. Even so this guy still has some tricks up his sleeve for Feona. Will Feona sign the "Binding Contract?"
