In this movie scene we see as Bondage Roadie uses medical plaster gauze to mask Alice's head. Before beginning Alice rubbed Vaseline all over her head and hair so the plaster cast would be facile to remove. Also, an open seam was left down the back of the cast so it could be pried apart slightly for removal in advance of it absolutely hardened.
